Private Tour Booking Conditions
Upon Booking: Tour Chicago requires a $300 or 25% deposit (whichever is greater) to reserve date.
Two Weeks Before: Remaining balance is due two weeks before the agreed tour date.
For wedding parties or reunions, guests may purchase tickets individually on our private events page (individual booking fees apply). Private tours purchased within 15 days before the event require full payment at time of booking. We require a minimum private tour guest count of 6 people. No refunds are given for no shows or cancellations. Once purchased, all tickets and payments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Tours take place rain or shine.
